The Canadian Social Prescribing Community of Practice for Practitioners

Held three times a year, in January, May and September, the Canadian Social Prescribing Community of Practice focuses on the specific needs of those actively involved in delivering social prescribing. This includes practitioners, implementers, researchers, and others deeply embedded in the field.

The Community of Practice is a space to:

  • Dive into practical challenges and share strategies to overcome them.
  • Exchange knowledge about ongoing developments in the practice and delivery of social prescribing.
  • Build meaningful connections through peer learning and collaboration.

Join your peers in shaping the future of social prescribing practices and driving meaningful impact across the country.
